for me that i´m not an experienced photographer it should be more difficult hence i vote only from an aesthetics perspective (what i like more!!) but you all that are more experienced you can judge based on aesthetics, technic light etc.. so you are not justified to vote three pics out of ten!! one must be better!!

i tried fighting for this before. it's a losing battle. a one vote process would be better suited if all the voters had more or less the same knowledge of the principles of art and photography. on this forum, though, it's more about "liking" an image and its content.

I didn't realize that you could vote for more than one picture. Thank you for the votes for my Silversword, I'm honored and the credit goes to Canon and their 100mm 2.8 macro lens.

Kevin, the lens is just a tool... the photographer deserves the credit when the photo is good.

For the past 25 years my wife has been letting me know that I am the tool.

Forums are my key, I've only been doing this for 2 years 11 months.
Every time you walk around, look at things, frame them and then pick an F stop or shutter speed. Pick an angle which you cannot see while standing.
