Garage List
Morr MonoForged

Pretty much a 20" version of the RAC Monolite RG63, done almost 2 years ago, except for the extra spoke contouring on the RACs, which means they are nice, even if not original. Weight is pretty decent for 20s.

Seriously... other than being round, with 5 lugs holes and 7-spoke I do not see any resemblance between the RG63 and the VS8.2 to consider that one is a bigger version of the other.

One wheel is flat with internal ribs in the spokes, the other is concave without any ribs. Even the center cap shape (flush vs. raised) is different.

They are up to about 13 custom finishes at the moment. I personally know the powdercoated and he has 100's of options.

Basically close your eyes imagine a color you love and it can be done

I would tend to agree with this.. Morr got it right with the concave design.

I would sooner say the rg63 was a lightweight, cheaper copy of an HRE P40.

The RG63 has very little to no concavity to it. I have seen them in person. They are nice wheels but I believe the VS8.2 is really what the RG63 could have been. The concavity is amazing in person and the only thing the RG63 probably has on it is a slight weight advantage.

The P40 has no concavity either. To my knowledge, there isn't really another wheel on the market, especially at this price point, that can match what the VS8.2 offers. Maybe the ADV1's come close in terms of appearance, but they cost more and I am not sure about their quality. I just don't have any experience with them.
