Akra Evo vs Eisenmann Race

Can anyone tell me what each sounds like, please? Drone, Quality, and overall feel? Help is appreciated!

The search button can!

The Akrapovic sounds titanium, and the Eisenmann is louder.

Mine sounds like BBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. (shift) BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAA (shift) BBBBBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAA. But, if I drive slowly it is more of a BBBRBRBRBRBRBBBBRBRBRBRB sound.

Hope this helps.

+1. Everyone has their own opinion of what sounds best, so the only thing you will get here are a bunch of differing opinions. You need to hear the exhaust in person...even videos don't do any of the exhaust systems justice.

Personally, I listened to a few different systems, then did a ton of searches and research before I purchased to full Akrapovic system. I have been extremely happy with my decision. GL.

Both are great exhausts.

Akrapovic

Personally, I find the race a little bit too loud and drones too much as compared to the Akrapovic.
I switched from Eisenmann Race to Akrapovic Evolution. Never looked back.

I haven't really been too crazy about Akrapovic in terms of sound, build quality on the other hand is incredible.
I would personally lean towards the Eisenmann Race. Sounds way more aggressive.

Eisenmann is a lot louder.

Both are built very well, probably the top two exhaust manufacturers. BMW uses Akra exhausts on the GT4 and Eisenmann is an OEM manufacturer of exhausts for Merc AMG.

if youre jut going to do an axel abck and nothing else, eis race is IMO pretty much the only way to go.
For a full system, you simply cant beat the full akra evo.
+1

I love My Eis Race, but when I wanted to get an xpipe later on (you will eventually), i hoped i got something quieter. Now I have Turner test pipes with Eisenmann, and it is loud! but it's live-able and sounds amazing.

I started with the Akra slip-on but only last a few months before I upgraded to the full Evo, and what a difference that made. I really loving the sound of the full Evo.

Eisenmann Race 1-10
Drone: 5 (around 3K but not an issue is you have 6MT)
Sound: 9 (aggressive, love it)
Quality: 7 (looks impressive new but the tips are not durable)

Overall: 8
Get a lot of compliments on sound quality.

Akra is just too tame sounding IMO.

Innotech sounds the best in my opinion. And it has 3 modes to switch from, loud, quiet and auto. Best exhaust IMO!
