I couldn\'t believe it!! I was bored one afternoon so I built an M3 on the Car Configurator.
One of the options on the list - 12V Interior Power Sockets. I mean WTF. A £50k plus car and BMW won\'t even throw in a few 12v Power Sockets!! I had to laugh at the bare faced cheek to make an M3 customer even aware that this is an option!

a word used to describe someone who does something or says something sort of disrespectful and sometimes rude, but says it in a cunning way. 2. can also be used in a more serious way i.e if you found out that one of your friends has been talking behind your back, you might say that she is a "cheeky bitch"

Basically, its pathetic that on such an expensive, high-end premium car that you are charged for 12v Power Sockets. I mean, my mothers Kia Cee'd came with iPod connectivity (which can be controlled through the car), Hands-Free and Media Bluetooth and lots of power sockets! Even the glovebox is beautifully Air Conditioned!! So the fact BMW won't give power sockets as standard to the M3 is very "cheeky" indeed.

Never heard of Coupling, but I have watched a few Fawlty Towers. There was also one show that I used to watch quite a bit back in the day called "Are You Being Served?".

Other manufacturers call this the "smoker's package". In the US it's not an option but standard so I guess BMW believes everyone in the US smokes.
