Clearly you need to consult with a dent removal expert, but getting it right on a curve is difficult. Good luck, and if you don't know someone good, ask the dealer who they use.

I'd send that pic to a few experts explaining you'd remove everything yourself, get quotes, choose the best deal based on price and distance, remove all internals necessary to get the job done (you can remove the taillight there if necessary), and get it fixed . Good luck.

hate to tell you, but if the paint is "folded" and shows the spiderweb, i think it needs a repaint.

Have a good PDR guy atleast look at it before going to a shop. Its amazing sometimes what they can fix.
