WTB: 2011 BMW E90 M3 w/ZCP!

Hi guys,

Currently own a stage 1 2010 Audi S4--awesome car and have loved owning it so much--but really itching to get into a Competition Package E90 M3. I will be listing my S4 soon, but I am in no hurry to buy or sell.

Here are some details I'm looking for:
-2011 E90 M3 w/ZCP (as clean as it might be, I don't want your 2009 E92)
-open to most exterior colors, but probably not interested in any interior color besides black
-preferably not driven in winter
-located in SoCal/surrounding states is a plus
-1 owner is a plus
-existing warranty is a huge plus
-under $40k
-under 70k miles
