Hey guys,

So my car was hit back in June. Still in the body shop right now. May have engine damage at this point. It is already up to $20k in damage. Any legal ideas I can do at this point for loss of use or anything else for that matter? Do they cover my aftermarket exterior parts as well? Appreciate the help as this is taking way longer than I ever would have thought.

Ok ok. The lady hit me in my parking garage. She was at fault. She slammed the gas instead of the brake. They is referring to the insurance company, Geico. The car has been in the shop now for almost 3 months.
