Monthly Ventura County Meet...

Hello guys,

Someone contacted me about a VC meet. There are some Mfest people wanting to get some Cars together out this way. I am probably going to head up the organization for this meet on BimmerPost.

At this point we were thinking of Friday the 21st at Love Sushi in Moorpark.

I have a few questions for you guys before I post a thread on the meet.

Would you rather meet on a week night? Or Fri, Sat, Sun?
Does this sushi place in Moorpark sound good for the meet? or would you rather meet in Thousand Oaks somewhere? Lots of big parking lots and good places to eat.

Any input would be great!

I actually think i like the idea of TO better... right off the 101 for me

Ok, well I agree about TO. Something like the Mall by Muvico, and eat at LazyDog. Or the Lakes, lots of parking and places to eat.

What about days? Fridays are def a little tougher as everywhere we go to would be much more busy than like a Wed. Im cool with Friday, but Im assuming turn out would be less. People going out and what not.

Sweet! I'm in for this.

I'd prefer midweek evening (except tues night).

If you want sushi.... The owners of Paradise Sushi in Thousand Oaks are friends of mine. I can see if we can get something special. There's plenty parking nearby too.

Well it is sounding like maybe Wed nights could be good. For this first one well do the place in moorpark next Friday. And discuss moving it at that point.

But I think we can get a nice group together. I'll make an official post soon.
