PCD wait time?

Hi I am in status 190 and just got a Priority 9 for PCD. Waiting for PCD to contact me. Does anyone know how long the wait is for PCD? I have send some posts with May time frame. The wait is to long....ahhhh. Kid in the bakery looking at all the good stuff and can't have any. Lol

How long does PCD add to your normal delivery time?

I ordered on the 14th of March and was completed less then a week later. PCD just contacted me and I'm scheduled for May 17th (Tuesday).

Yes, it pretty tough waiting, especially since I sold my car and am borrowing my father's Oldsmobile (literally). A sweet ride complete with non-functioning A/C! 1998 Eighty-Eight. I'll really appreciate A/C and everything else in May!

Thank you for the info. Wow May 17th. I was hoping for the end of april. Another month and 1/2 wait. I was about to start working on selling my car.

My CA said PCD added, at a minimum, 2 weeks...probably more.

Update just got an ema today:

We have received your Performance Center Delivery Reservation for Mr. Robert Jackson (Production # 6620651). Due to the overwhelming amount of reservations we have recently received, it is taking us 7-10 business days to process them. Once we have your reservation scheduled, we will send you another email.

330iToy, when did you order your car? Mine is status 193, and I haven't been contacted by PCD. I ordered mine on Feb 22nd.

My order date was feb 23. I first ordered on Jan 28th but had them hold off on placing the order to BMW until 6NR was available. Such a long wait. You should be hearing something anytime now. Make sure you have a Priority 9. That is for PCD delivery. A Priority 1 is for dealer delivery. We might be on ship "Courage". It will be in brunswick on April 21th.

I'm hoping it's on one of the ships in the next week. Do PCD cars enter in Charleston or Brunswick? I don't get how some people have PCD dates when their car hasn't finished production.

I thought they enter charleston, but my CA said it would be Brunswick. I don't understand that as well. I must have missed something.

I ordered a pretty basic version. I won't be driving the M3 everyday, so I wanted a lightweight basic version.

As I posted in another thread, I got an email (via my dealer) that my PCD was scheduled for 5/31. I ended up calling the PCD and asked if the next couple of Friday's were available. The lady that called the first time and later was very nice and was able to move my delivery to 6/3 (won't have to take off work). Anyone else that day??
Everyone is right.. now the wait.

330iToy, did you get on a ship yet? I haven't. I also haven't gotten a PCD date. I need to just completely ignore the order, and it will show up.

On my email confirmation it stated if I did not accept the 17th of May as my PCD date I would have to pick it up at the dealer. The email from the PCD stated that there was a lot of requests for PCD. I have seen where other people on here have changed their dates for delivery. They did not give me that option.

My car is still at the port waiting on a ship. I got my confirmation email for PCD last Friday. So I am not worried about the ship so much anymore. Contact your CA and see where you are at for PCD. Make sure you are in a priority 9 status (PCD). The CA has to change it from a priority 1 to 9.

I was able to talk with someone (Kelly) at the PCD and got my date changed. Only changed from a Tues to the Friday of the same week. Good luck.
