I think you're using the term "rust spots" incorrectly. One would naturally picture actually areas of rust which can't be fixed. Ironx is a very good product because it is able to remove all the iron particles from your paint making the claying step not only easier, but making sure your paint is as clean as possible before polishing and followed by lsp
