The new rules require the new formula to be within 4 seconds per lap of today's formula. Downforce will come predominantly from the undertray so passing will happen far more often (wings disturb the air too much for the car behind to take advantage). Current undertray is flat. These changes could prove better for the sport. I prefer refueling as I want the cars to be quick the whole race long. We'll see.
