Sorry to hear. My car is a tank. And as for warranty, BMW replaced the coil packs last week for free. Yep 0$ from my pocket at almost 120k miles. To me that is absolutely exemplary, even if this part was TSB'd. Other than that, my only other problem was an alternator at about 90k..
