You know, not many, but there are some surprises.
When I lived in Houston the roads that followed the bayous were curvy, and were fun on motorcycles. A bit slow for cars to enjoy.
Out west, there are plenty of curvy roads in the hill country. My favorites were the roads around Fort Davis, and especially the one going up to the McDonald Observatory, and some of the roads near Utopia. Both very, very isolated so they might as well be on another planet.
