Even if it will exist or it does exist in the form of a testing mule, you can't compare the two: apples and oranges. If BMW wants to step-up the competition, they can use a turbo-charge on the E9X M3; which we all know that that might not happen on the E9X body style. Maybe the next generation, we might see a turbo-charged M3 on the CSL.
Who knows and who cares. I still like the E9X M3, and like I always say: it is not the car that makes the driver; it is the driver that makes the car.
