you need to remove 4 hex 50 screws to tilt the seat back
and 2 10mm bolts that hold the enclosure in place
take out old one
put in new one
reconnect cable
and tilt the seat back and tighten the hex50 screws
very easy
as long as you don't disconnect the plug that goes to the bottom of the seat you're ok
of you unplug that you need to go to the dealer to reset the airbag warning
that's why i just tilted my entire seat back so it rests on the rear bench
