Looking to start the sale process of my M3. I bought it in May from the original owner (lease then buy so carfax shows 3) at 50k miles. He purchased the highest level extended warranty offered through the company recommended by BMW Alexandria.

Just looking to get into a house at some point. No rush to sell. Car is between NOVA and Annapolis and will be used for 100-200 miles a month.
Right now it's listed at 35k for the car + 3k for the warranty.
EDIT: Had a question about the warranty. It covers anything except what is listed in the "What This Warranty Does Not Cover" here (
https://www.mrclaims.net/b2c/Sample.pdf) pages 3-4. The most important line to me was "For a breakdown of a covered part resulting from the failure of a non-covered part." Oh and "If your vehicle has been modified to plow snow."
There are a few differences in wording between my warranty document and that one, but it is close.
EDIT 3/25/2013: Fresh oil change, just under 61k miles. Replaced both drain plugs also.
EDIT 4/07/2013: 2 bucket wash and interior detail.
EDIT 4/18/2013: Price drop... 36900k
EDIT 5/13/2013: 61,150 miles.
EDIT 6/10/2013: 35K and it's yours.
EDIT 7/02/2013: The residual on the warranty is 2.1K so the car is 32.9K and the warranty will be 2.1K.
