You know what. I was gonna stay out of this. I don't support excessive speeding on the streets however, if you have an advice or suggestion that's cool but inflammatory remarks like this is completely unconstructive. Here is few other ways to get your point across:
-I support the jail punishment for excessive speeding
-Does OP knows that such speeding can get him in jail (BTW I didn't know that when I came from my country 15 years ago)
-I believe after 30miles above speed limit people get thrown in jail
