I have the money stashed for an extended warranty and/or a major repair bill. My real decision to make was whether I wanted to spend the extra $10,000 it will cost to own the M over a 135, and I think I would kick myself if I didn't. This is probably the only time in my life I'll be able to get away with a reckless spending decision and a V8 coupe before I have family and life responsibilities. Also, correct me if I am wrong, the E92 will hold more residual value than the 135i will, thus it is possible that it will be a better "investment."
I have been getting butterflies just thinking about owning the M!
