Question BBK & Pad Wear Sensor Reset

Hey everyone,

So i know the Pad Wear Sensor reset debacle has been covered pretty good here as it pertains to the stock brake system...

However, I didn't see much relating to people with BBKs (I'll admit I didn't look too hard...)

I have a Brembo BBK kit and I no longer connect the sensors to the brakes for obvious reasons. I've just zip tied them off so they are not near the brakes or many moving parts.

That worked for a long time, but then the light came on... I tried to reset them and it worked briefly then the light came on again and now I cannot get it to turn off via the odo reset...

Is there anyway to get permanently around this or do I need to replace the sensors??

Anyone with a BBK have experience dealing with this??
