false statement +1 again. S4 is NOT alot more than 335. if you go spec a 2010 335i with similar options in S4 such as 19' rims, M package, sound upgrades, nav, etc, you will end up pretty close. this has been talked in another thread.

It makes no sense to compare a regular 3 series with a S audi(not a regular a4).
The audi ,from what i have heard costs 60 k wich is a lot more than a regular 335i and is just a little bit better than bmw 335i!!
