what phone do you have? Have you searched on this forum based on your phone model to see if others had same issue? I think it might be a phone software issue, but BMW may be able to help as well, i thought i saw somewhere where they had a list of all phones that can sync up to new 2009+ I-Drives.
I also have the old CCC 2008 I-Drive, my BT works seamlessly, and shows the full address book, i even use a dumb phone too (not smartphone)
