I worked at Manheim for a number of years. 08 sedans under 40,000 miles still look to sell at the auction for 36-38k in good condition. You can expect a dealer to have that listed at AT LEAST 41-42k. That's where my car was priced and I got them into the high thirties. But then add a few more thousand if you want an extended warranty. Most likely a CPO car never went to the auction and you can expect to pay even more.
Private party is a whole different story. I'm guessing you could easily grab one for 35-37k.
Saloons never got the LCI tail-lights did they? I have never noticed a difference.
