Rarely post here but always reading. Have to give credit for great service when it comes though. Out running errands today and my low oil light comes on. Happen to be near BMW Store in Cincy (where I've purchased a number of vehicles including my current M3). Stopped in at 2pm on a Friday afternoon to pick up a couple of quarts. Instead, service department pulls the car in. Tops it off. Gives me an extra quart. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Wow!
