Looks like a greg price ... if I needed a car my offer would be $35 firm ... if they go for it then I would get it, if not I would pay for the asking price ... provided it has a clean BMW inspection report that would list what work if any is required in the bear future.

Case in point ... when I sold my e46 the request was a full BMW inspection ... one rear spring was broken and needed replacement, once I had it repaired I got my asking price.
