Stiching, color coded parts/trim (shifter/iDrive controller trim, iDrive/climate control trim and center console are under armrest and rear vents), bicolor combinations and Individual dash trims (Piano Black for example) are extra, and cost in the thousands. Full leather (lower section of the doors in leather and color coded) seems not to be available in the USA due to certification issues.
