Corner balance can tweak the weight distribution front to rear, but only to a certain extent due to the weight distribution of the car. Corner/weight balance left to right can be tuned much more effectively.

If your car's purpose is for the street, go with Eibach or Dinan and I honestly don't think you will feel a difference in handling on the street. If your car does see the track, a set of quality coil overs is probably worth the investment.
