yeah, driving home after my first track day, braking at 80mph on the highway, i was like WTF, the rotors are shot after one HPDE! i took it in, and the BMW techs claimed it was the tires (the tires were kind of shot, too). i decided to wait to see what happens, and things gradually went back to normal. bottom line, stock pads, fluids, and tires are not up to the task on the track when you push them, and should not be used as such...

anyway, glad you had fun man!
