I changed to brown rice years back .. can't eat the starchy white stuff unless I don't have a choice - you can feel your glycemic level shoot up
war on saturated (animal) fats was stupid.. it's alot better than high frutose corn syrup which makes everybody into michelin man and rots your body from the inside
animal fat is not harmful, humans have been eating it since they were in caves - if you eat too much it will just pass through you, unlike sugar which kills your <insert pysiology phrase> system
the fda and food industry replaced animal fat with sugar
