well it depends what the picture is for. if you're just using it to post on the internet (forums), then whatever, but if you're using it for a professional website or something, then you've kind of missed the mark as far as dress goes.
5 makes you look the most confident.
My advice? Hold your shoulders up/back more, you look like you're slouching a bit. Your arms need to be crossed, one hand in a pocket, hands held together infront of you, or something. They look a bit haphazard just hanging. Also, hold your chin up more, it gives a stronger appearance.
