1. Thats been known for awhile. The cars from the PSP version, however, does transfer over. Sucks about Prologue.
2. Call Gamestop's 1-800# and they will give you a new code. There was a problem with the codes that they gave out if you tried using them immediately. Its said that if you waited a couple days, you should be good.
