E93s do not have split folding rear seats. Instead, the rear seat back folds down as a single piece to provide a flat surface for extra luggage space when there are no rear passengers. So, you cannot make the car a three-seater; it is either two or four. Furthermore, unlike with the E90 and E92, folding down the seat does not give you full access to the trunk. You either get no trunk access or, optionally, a generously sized pass-through.
