I need to give a HUGE shout out to HRE wheels. I had a small issue with my wheels, and didn't think much of it. I contacted Vince at HRE, and sent him pictures as requested. The sequence of events that followed was nothing short of amazing.
In short, they took care of my wheels in extraordinary fashion.
I didn't need to do ANYTHING apart from have the rubber taken off.
They refinished my wheels so they looked absolutely brand new!!
And this was after I was thinking that I had no chance of having anything done about the wheels - that any company would just tell me to go pound sand......
From the word go, they kept in contact with me frequently, updating me on the process, asked me if all was well, and basically, treated me as though I had purchased a dozen sets of wheels from them (this is my first set of HREs - though DEFINITELY not my last....)
AMAZING service, absolutely top-notch wheels. I am ultra, ULTRA finicky, and yet, I can say nothing but the absolute best about these guys.
