I looked on a vw forum and APR doesn't know when their tune will be available to the public. They said they created this race car and are racing it to help speed up the process of getting a tune out for this engine.
And a good point about the MTM claim of 97hp, they're quoting 97 crank hp over the manufacturers claim, not 97whp gain over a baseline dyno. We all know these cars are underrated.

dont think they claimed 97hp...they carefully worded their claim to be
to 430hp, never implying how much the gain was..
