Perhaps hold off and see what the new F8X M3 Sedan will have to offer you if you need 4-Doors and a backseat for the family. The new M3 should hit on all the points above except for maybe "Engine Note of the M3". Nothing will sound like the S65 ever again, but the handling, ride quality, torque and gadgets/luxury will be.
I have a F10 550Xi M Sport and even though it is not a M5, it's no slouch and getting in to this car after my M3 Coupe makes it feel like I'm driving a boat.
