1. Snap-in adapter is the only available option which let you see your iPhone's language for music list even if your BMW don't support. (In my case, I can see Korean with North America version of BMW.)
2. Additional to number 1, you will get cover art.
3. You can access and control iTunes radio, too.
I would pay $250 to get music list in my language.
