The stock offsets we got on our E92 M3 (18" OEM) is ET 29 Fronts and ET 23 rears. By putting on these spacers your eventual offset would be:

ET11 - Fronts
ET8 - Rears

So essentially here you're making the offsets closer together by doing this, but if you want to go with a 15mm spacer all around, there's no problem with that. I probably just wouldn't do 18mm all around unless you're ready with the fender roller
