It was on a closed non public road.
I understand where your nailing the clown comment and it's pretty stupid on your part to say/comment in such a way with out knowing all the facts
But at the same token I can see how your looking out ( appreciated ) but a PM to either would have been a much better approach...
For the record I condemn street racing and as it's selfish and unsafe for the driver and most importantly the public/pedestrians & other traveling vehicles sharring the road !!
If anyone chooses to participate in such event ( speedo wars ) please please please take it to a private road coarse or air strip for that matter !!
