FYI, the USAA incentive still applies ($1000 on an M3). You don't have to have insurance with USAA, you only need to be eligible for membership (any US military veteran past or present should qualify). Signing up takes about 10 minutes and then you simply need to provide your USAA member number to your SA to get the incentive.
