Yes I think they do and I have had nothing but problems with cheap wheels. Just get some used OEM 18" wheels from a forum member (see wheel and tire for sale section). Keep in mind that a decent set of OEM wheels will easily be sold after you are done with them. These reps will be throw-aways.
Plus the offset of 37 is completely wrong for an M3. You will probably need spacers which isn't a huge issue but adds another $200 (spacers and extended lugs) to this "great deal". Plus do you know the tire sizes? I wonder if those are right for your car....
