Meguair's Medallion - it is no longer made due to stricter VOC regulations I believe.

It really was a great product.
Meguiar's Deep Crystal System Paint Cleaner should do the trick and is very cheap at $7-8 a bottle. You should be able to find it at a regular autoparts store.
