Short answer: No.

Longer answer: It would be largely a product of the laws in your country and how your regional BMW corporate entity handles the situation within the confines of those laws (if such laws exist). As a general "rule", the warranty terms that apply to a new vehicle once it is in your country would have no relationship to the warranty terms that apply to the vehicle in the country of original sale. Instead, you may be offered anything from a warranty equivalent to that which you would get on a new BMW purchased in Saudi Arabia to no warranty at all. You should inquire with BMW in Saudi Arabia to find out what their procedure is.
