It does, BUT:
1) With a little bit of work, you can make it a 7-8 out of 10
2) My car is Sparkling Graphite, so it masks the imperfections out beautifully. You can't even tell it's CF if you are standing 10 feet away.
FYI, my $220 CF replica splitters have been on the car since July and I can't really complain.
