I too would suggest the AFE carbon intake. Sounds great under WOT!
If you want to keep the MPE I would not suggest catless mid pipes. Go with a high flow cat setup in the mids and the MPE will really sing.
Depending on which X-pipe you get you might have some money left over for a BPM tune.
