I tried that adjustment just now, we'll see how it feels tomorrow. And I am a big guy 6'6" about 275, so I could definitely stand to lose a few pounds. My brother who is not overweight commented on it too, so I knew it wasn't just my fat ass. Hopefully the adjustment works and if not then it's Atkins diet for me.
