'13 M3s are eligible for a $1500 BMW incentive that was carried over from the holidays and was extended to February. So all total you should have $1500 USAA, $1500 BMW Incentive, and $750 loyalty assuming you qualify for all of them thats $3750 off your negotiated price which should be around $500-$1000 above invoice.

.0013 Money factor and decent residuals 62% for 36mo/10k miles paired with all these lease cash offers makes Feb a GREAT time to lease a M3!
