You can get below invoice on remaining 2010s in Canada as there is a $3000 incentive from BMW Canada to move them

Typical full load MSRP E92 is let's say $86 (9% mark up) makes it $79k cost - $3k incentive = $76K cost to dealer - then add $1-2K so the dealer can make a bit and you're out the door at $77 - 78k

US is a pain, but worth it for the selection and savings - can't buy new though
