Here's a good question. You know how you can tell when the oil needs to be changed by the color of it on that gauge when you go to the oil change screen in the GT Auto section, but how can you tell if you need to rebuild a used car's engine or fix up the chassis? These are expensive procedures, and I don't know if it's worth performing.
