I would for sure. I gave money to a lady once as well at a gas station. I've given a fellow a ride to a gas station and even got him a jerry can for gas. He had forgotten his wallet at home. It's all Karma.
I've forgotten my wallet at home before BUT lucky for me, i ALWAYS keep lots of change in my car.
