Took everything apart that I could and was not able to fix the rattling. Isolated to the mechanical part of vert area around the c - pillar and pretty much gave up. I sold the car due to the rattling issue. Currently looking for a '13 coupe or f82...yes it bothered me that much I had to sell it.
