Who in San Diego (or OC) does really quality, thorough detailing with top notch products? So many jokers and mobile guys out there and so many pretty mediocre places. Tough to separate the wheat from the chaff and even if you do an "interview" many talk the talk and don't really walk the walk.

Honestly, I can teach all of you guys tricks. I just performed the "3 steps process" on my E46 ZHP. I will be taking photos soon. I performed the "3 steps process" on my E36 M3; the color was Schwarksoff Black, which is similar to Jerez black except mine had more red in it rather than deep blue. People would sit there and stare. Honestly, I asked a detailer on the cost of that similar process, and he quoted me $450 to $500, and that was 5 years ago. The steps involves Clay, Polish (professional line) and Wax (professional) by Meguire.
